As a viable competitive business, Sandusky Bay Area Goodwill Industries earns revenue by providing labor services to local businesses. Many businesses in our community are faced with a fluctuating workload, rising personnel costs and a shortage of viable work candidates. We employ more than 130 people who complete more than 100,000 different processes daily. We are committed to providing our community with a high quality product, dependable services, and timely deliveries.

One of the many benefits of this program is that people have the opportunity to learn by doing. Revenues are used to assist in the professional development of individuals experiencing disabling or disadvantaging conditions through job coaching, work tolerance training and supervisor and employee relationship training.

Our Commercial Services division offers realistic training opportunities to a labor force employed by Goodwill.
